Join tyrone design guild
Membership Criteria
Full membership is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Designer/Makers or Artists either living in Co Tyrone, and/or practicing their particular discipline there, or born in Co Tyrone.
- Individuals who carry out their particular discipline on a professional basis – ie: registered with the appropriate tax authority.
- Individuals who design and manufacture the majority of their ultimate output.
- Producers of crafts (as defined by the Craft Council of Ireland) and other Fine and Applied Art.
(Please note that meeting the above criteria does not automatically guarantee membership, each application will be assessed individually)
Associate membership is available to individuals who meet either 1,3 & 4 or 2, 3 & 4 of the above criteria.
Benefits of Membership
All members:
- will have an individual web page within this website with links, photos contact details etc.
- will be eligible to apply for funding as and when available.
- will benefit from any 'collective' advertising, buying power, voice that the guild choses to utilise.
Full members:
- will have voting rights at our annual AGM
- can serve on the management committee.
Membership fees
The Membership Fee for 2009-2010 is £20 for both Full & Associate Membership
Only payment by cheque (made payable to Tyrone Design Guild) can be accepted.
Supporting evidence/enclosures
- Membership fee £20 - cheque only made payable to Tyrone Design Guild
- Images of your work (at least three) – Digital images are required if you wish to be included on our website
- Printed promotional material
